Tactical Team Merchandise Fulfilment
AIG is the worlds second largest insurance company. They have a large team providing sales and after care services across the UK.
This team requires a constant supply of relevant business stationery and collateral as well as promotional and
seminar materials and equipment.
BTB Mailflight provides AIG with storage, stock management, fulfilment and despatch services for all these materials.

BTB monitored individual stock requests by recipient and suggested more regulated despatch of certain stock
materials to Team Members in order to gain fulfilment cost savings.
BTB worked with AIG to educate Team Members to minimise more expensive Saturday delivery requests.
BTB has worked with AIG to agree minimum and maximum stock request levels and is able to report on individual
Team Member's monthly stock usage to assist budgetary control.
Despatch cost savings are optimised as best fit service options are chosen on a pack by pack basis at point of despatch
dependent on destination and required drop date.
