As well as fulfilling orders for pre-produced marketing material supplied into us by our clients BTB Mailflight can also produce marketing material and fulfil this as required e.g. on a daily or adhoc basis, or as a mass mailing. In fact we were "Mailing House Of The Year" finalists at the PPA Awards in 2006.

Our print management department supply all manner of printed materials including brochures, welcome packs, membership cards, stationery, POS material etc.

With our Xerox Nuvera monochrome digital printers we provide fast and efficient printing of letters, forms, invoices, statements, booklets etc. These provide market leading quality and allow for variable text and images and print on demand. These are sheet-fed printers, but we also have continuous reel laser printing capabilities for high volume print runs.

We can produce a range of direct mail packs whether it’s a simple postcard mailing or a complex enveloped mailer with numerous inserts and variations, we can provide the solution. Our multi-station Buhrs BB300 envelope enclosing machines are able to feed a variety of sized items such as letters, leaflets, brochures, business reply envelopes etc into paper envelopes at very high speeds.

Our new online inkjet printers (Domino Bitjet 212), are market leading state-of-the-art inkjet printers capable of printing
addresses, postal indicia, barcodes and images onto a variety of media. These print at fast speeds and in high quality, and can
use all font formats available from Windows NT.

We also have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues, brochures and magazines each year. With online
inkjet addressing, capacity for up to 10 inserts, a covermounter, and selective insertion stations, you will be hard pressed to find a
more comprehensive polywrapping service.

Our team of handworkers produce mail that is not machinable, or is too low volume to justify setting up a machine.
