BTB Mailflight's mail order fulfilment centre handles order processing for a number of mail order businesses, from well known organisations like Boden, Diabetes UK and Tesco to smaller companies like That Cute Age.

We can receive downloads of mail order data from your response centre, integrate our fulfilment system into the back end of your website, or even develop your ecommerce website for you, or alternatively we can process your orders through our own response centre.

Our sophisticated order fulfilment system is designed to automatically download
your data each day from your website or call centre (or our call centre), data is then linked to your personalised letter or label template that we will develop (multiple versions if necessary), addresses are printed and your pack is mailed out the same day.

As well as responding to individual catalogue and brochure requests we also
handle the distribution of bulk brochure requests e.g. to travel agents, shops, supermarkets and exhibitions.

Catalogue/Brochure Direct Mailing Campaign Fulfilment

As well as handling daily catalogue and brochure requests BTB Mailflight also have a mailing house division that specialises in the mass fulfilment of brochure and catalogue mailings for mail order companies.

We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues and brochures each year. Smaller mailings will be polybagged or enveloped by hand.

As well as catalogue mailings we can produce other direct mail packs too. Whether it’s a simple postcard mailing or a complex mailer with numerous inserts and variations, we can provide the solution.

Our largest mail order catalogue client's mailing cycle involves high volume catalogue mailings followed up by postcard mailings. With our inkjetting capabilities we can print variable postal indicias so that they benefit from using the international postage service that offers the best price to that destination.

Diabetes UK produce a catalogue filled with a variety of literature, fundraising material and products i.e books, leaflets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, keyrings, mugs, posters etc. These items can be ordered by telephone and post and are ordered by people with Diabetes and their families, and by healthcare professionals and voluntary groups.

BTB Mailflight’s fulfilment system provides Diabetes UK with a comprehensive solution:

- Maintenance of a customer database (sales ledger).

- Management of credit accounts (eg. for hospitals).

- Ability to hold and manage a schedule of variable discounts for customers by customer type and by products.

- Ability to manage a schedule of different postage/packing rates, variable according to quantity, urgency etc.

- Operation of a Freephone telephone line and Freepost address for orders.

- Handling responses by phone, fax or written order form and (in future) directly from voicemail and website.

- Receipt, capture and processing of orders and donations.

- Processing of payments (by direct debit, credit card, cheque, cash, CAF vouchers) and refunds.

- Generation of invoices, reminders, statements and letters.

- Production of sales, banking, transaction, debtors and stock reports.

- Receipt, checking and storage of incoming products, and maintenance of inventory.

- Accounting for collection boxes sent and received (for corporate and community fundraising).

- Picking, packing and despatching of products, including chargeable and non-chargeable items.

Catalogue request fulfilment
Boden receive thousands of catalogue requests per day from potential customers in the UK and overseas. This includes online requests, phone calls to their call centre and postal requests.

BTB Mailflight store the catalogues and fulfil the requests with a same day turnaround SLA in place.

BTB Mailflight are responsible for polywrapping, addressing and mailing approximately 7 million Boden catalogues per annum. We also inkjet address and mail their postcards.
