This is because as well as our order fulfilment operation and contact centre we also operate a 43,000 sq ft mailing house just ten minutes up the road where we fulfil millions of direct mail pieces, newsletters, magazines, catalogues, letters and emails every month.

Within this operation we have a data bureau who can help you source mailing data for acquisition campaigns, and analyse your own database to see which customers are best to target with upselling and cross selling marketing initiatives. They can also run your data through cleansing and enhancement software tools.

Mailing list preparation and data cleansing
order fulfilment BTB Mailflight can clean and prepare mailing lists to help clients save money. This includes merge, purge and de-duplication, case conversion and salutation building. We can clean data against most suppression files including the Postal Address File, National Change Of Address File and the Mailing Preference Service, and we sort data to Mailsort, Presstream and international sortation standards.


Direct mail campaign fulfilment
 Our multi-station Buhrs BB300 and CMC envelope enclosing machines are able to insert letters, leaflets, brochures etc into envelopes, DL to C4 sizes, at very high speeds keeping our prices low. We also have sheet-fed and continuous laser printing, trimming, folding and inkjet printing capabilities so we can fulfill most types of direct mail campaign.

For campaigns that can not be mechanised we have a team of handworkers to undertake folding, labeling, stamping, enclosing, polybagging, packaging etc.

We can source all materials needed i.e. paper, envelopes, labels, cartons, polybags, etc and our print manager can handle the printing of you mail pieces too, we just need you to supply the artwork.


Postcard mailings
A low cost promotional option used by many of our clients are postcard mailings, just send us the artwork and we can print the postcards, address them, and mail them to your customers using the most cost effective postal services.


Catalogue mailings
We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues and brochures each year. Our polywrapping lines are equipped with:

Newsletter and customer magazine fulfilment and distribution is a core service provided from BTB Maillfight's mailing house division, we handle newsletters/magazines for brands such as Vision Express, ASOS, and Rolls Royce Owners Club.


Lettershop: letters, invoices, statements, notices etc
Our Xerox Nuveras are market leading monochrome printers that enable us to handle print on demand as well as high volume print runs with quick turnaround times and exceptional quality. These printed pieces can then be folded and enclosed into envelopes. Examples of what we can offer includes fulfilment of:

Email marketing
To support our direct mail services we also provide an email broadcasting service. We use a market leading system that provides all of the reporting and functionality you would expect and with online access to the campaign analysis.


Telemarketing
Our call centre module is configured so that our call agents are guided through the sales order process and this can include intelligent scripting to ensure they ask specific cross selling and upselling questions related to the individual order i.e. if your customer has called to purchase a remote control car the questions might be "will you be needing batteries to go with that?" or if they were calling to order two CDs the question might be "we have a current promotion where if you purchase three CDs you get a 10% discount, would you like to make that saving today?".

We do not have a hard selling environment, we simply set the system up intelligently to help increase your sales. We can also provide email marketing, direct mail fulfilment, and database marketing services.


Campaign analysis & reporting
We can develop the database system in order that it can facilitate any reporting requirements, this is vital for measuring a marketing campaign’s success and planning your future marketing activity i.e. analysis of response rates, sales figures, demographics etc. Reports can be viewed in real time via a secure web portal, and we can run selections and provide data exports as required.
