BTB Mailflight was established in 1969, so we are one of the UK’s most experienced companies in the fulfilment industry. We are also approved by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) as a Response Management Specialist and we have also achieved the ISO9001:2008 quality standard.

In March 2008 BTB Mailflight became part of the La Poste Group, Europe's second largest postal and fulfilment group, with turnover of €20 billion. This was an excellent deal for the companies owners, and is a key part of La Poste's global expansion plans. BTB Mailflight is still run by the founding family, and most of the senior management team have worked for the company for over ten years, but we now benefit from the backing of a leading corporation and this can only help us go from strength to strength. In the short time already we have seen our services grow, and our costs come down.

We have a 63,000 sq ft pick and pack operation with contact centre, a 43,000 sq ft mail fulfilment division, and our own UK and international postal services. We are based in Bedford, approximately 50 miles north of London, with excellent road links as both the A1 and M1 are very nearby.

We specialise in the fulfilment of marketing material, literature, and products for a wide variety of organisations, from large corporates and publishers, through to smaller online businesses and charities. We can receive responses and orders as data downloads, through website integration, or via email, postal, and telephone contact at our contact centre. We provide a comprehensive storage, fulfilment, and distribution solution, and our inhouse software development team develop sophisticated CRM and fulfilment systems with reporting suites.

Ultimately our aim is to develop long term partnerships with our clients, and so many of our clients have worked with us for several years.
