We can receive responses and orders as data downloads, through website integration, or via email, postal, and telephone contact at our response centre. We provide a comprehensive storage, pick and pack, fulfilment, and distribution solution, and our inhouse software development team develop sophisticated CRM and fulfilment systems with reporting suites. Sophisticated IT system development: Our programmers develop integratable modular systems that incorporate data capture and CRM, order processing, stock management, fulfilment processing, reporting suites, and web services. The development software used is ColdFusion from Adobe which allows us to develop robust, flexible, scalable, and user friendly systems that are supported by one of the world’s software giants.
