BTB Mailflight was established in 1969, so we are one of the UK's most experienced companies in the fulfilment industry. We employ over 180 people and our group turnover is approximately£23 million.

We are based in Bedford, approximately 50 miles north of London, with excellent road links as both the A1 and M1 are very nearby.
We have a 63,000 square foot pick and pack operation with response centre, and a 40,000 square foot mail fulfilment division.

We provide value for money order fulfilment services and as well as being accredited by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) as a Response Management Specialist we have also achieved the ISO9001:2000 quality standard and other industry accreditations.

We specialise in the fulfilment of marketing material, literature and products for a wide variety of organisations, from large corporates and publishers, through to smaller online businesses and charities.

As well as downloading orders for fulfilment we also have a response centre that supports the fulfilment operation and handles inbound and outbound communication from and to your customers.

BTB Mailflight is still owned by the founding family and many employees have worked here for many years which helps contribute to the ethic of hard work, loyalty and continuous improvement throughout the company.
