Our response handling centre is staffed by a hard working team of Response Centre Executives experienced in customer service, sales order processing, and donation handling. Our Response Centre's opening hours are flexible to meet client demands and we offer scalability to meet demand fluctuations, and in addition to live call handling we also offer voicemail transcription and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services.

As well as handling phone calls our team of Response Centre Executives data capture from a variety of media including order forms, coupons, on-pack promotions, competition entries, surveys, membership forms, faxes etc. They also process, emails and website requests.

A response that requires an order to be processed can then be output in BTB Mailflight's pick and pack department as a picking instruction and the order will be processed and despatched by the most suitable method.
