BTB Mailflight's 63,000 square foot order fulfilment centre processes thousands of items a day. We fulfil a variety of items including marketing collateral, literature, products, merchandise, POS material, letters, and invoices.

We can generate all relevant paperwork to go out with the order such as personalised letters, despatch notes and receipts. We offer a range of storage and distribution options and will manage returned orders, and we can supply all of the packaging materials required.

For many clients we undertake daily order fulfilment services, whereas others work with us on an adhoc, or one-off campaign basis, and we can gear up our fulfilment centre for peaks and troughs in demand. Our order fulfilment solution is truly flexible and scalable and we will commit to a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Our clients range from Christian Aid where we fulfil hundreds of thousands of items during a two month campaign, to young ecommerce businesses for which we process about 2000 orders a month e.g. www.thatcuteage.co.uk and www.medscope.co.uk.

Stock management

We can offer bulk storage, paletised and racked storage, and pigeon hole type picking faces as well as extra-secure storage and fulfilment areas. We operate strict stock management procedures and transparent inventory reporting.

Pick and pack

Stock can be called off for single orders, small consignments, or bulk shipments. The pick and pack processes are covered by our ISO90001:2000 quality system so procedures are in place to ensure accurate picking and audit trails are available.

Print on demand

As well as the pick and pack of material provided to us by clients BTB Mailflight can also provide monochrome digital print on demand,
from printing a personalised letter or invoice to producing a stapled booklet. We have 2 Xerox Nuvera digital printers, these are market leaders.

Distribution
Once we pick and pack an order we can provide a range of services to distribute it to both UK and international addresses.

Reports
We fully understand the importance of providing accurate fulfilment reporting and the typical information we report on includes: response
rates, call centre activity, sales figures, and stock management. Reports can be viewed in real time via a secure web portal, and we can run selections and provide data exports as required. For sample response fulfillment reports click here.

Our programmers develop modular order fulfilment systems that incorporate response handling, data management, order processing, stock management, fulfilment and despatch management. These systems can be integrated to develop an end-to-end solution where
required.

The development software used is Macromedia Coldfusion from Adobe (to find our more click here), which allows us to develop
robust, flexible, scalable, and user friendly order fulfilment systems that are supported by one of the world's software giants.
