With our experience of managing libraries of magazines, books and journals BTB Mailflight were perfectly placed to offer fulfilment services to retailers of CDs and DVDs as the processes are very similar.

BTB Mailflight receive orders for CDs and DVDs on a daily basis direct from clients international web sites and from their sales offices, these are then processed to produce: pick lists, delivery notes, invoices and address labels. We then pick, pack and despatch the products to the customers worldwide. With the client's fast-moving stock BTB Mailflight can also set up an online inventory management facility so that the current stock levels can be viewed over the Internet at the touch of a button 24/7.

Video/DVD Library Management

Video Arts is a British based video / DVD production company which produces training videos / DVDs for companies. It was founded in 1972 by John Cleese and a group of other television professionals.

BTB Mailflight manage an inventory of over 200 DVDs and videos, along with all the training support material (books, info packs, merchandise etc), and even DVD players!

Orders are received daily and we pack the items into the most appropriate packaging and prepare the items to be collected by our courier partner.

Orders are despatched globally.

We then handle the library returns, checking the items are returned in good condition, putting them back into stock, and adjusting the stock position on the stock management system.
